The Ma Sécurité website has been developed in accordance with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) to ensure it is accessible to all users, regardless of the device or software used to browse the internet.

An independent external audit conducted by ACCESS MAN, which was independent of the site’s design and development, confirmed that the website meets 100 % of the RGAA accessibility criteria.

Content Not Covered by Accessibility Requirements
Several exemptions have been identified under Section 1.2.2 of the RGAA, regarding components provided by third-party services.
“I Need Help” Module (all pages)
Interactive components of the “I Need Help” module exhibit non-conformities related to :
- compatibility with assistive technologies,
- the absence of a visible focus when navigating with the keyboard,
- and an inconsistent tab order after opening the module.
These components are provided and managed by third-party services (Salesforce and Easyware), integrated as-is; their operation, source code, and interaction methods are not subject to the technical control of the National Police or the National Gendarmerie.
They are therefore classified as third-party content not subject to accessibility requirements, in accordance with Section 1.2.2 of the RGAA.

This statement was prepared on December 11, 2025, and updated on February 17, 2026.
